  • TCS: Nationwide coverage, fast delivery, and strong customer support.
  • Leopard Courier: Excellent reach in semi-urban and rural areas with flexible service options.

All couriers provide tracking numbers, SMS/email notifications, and doorstep delivery.

3. Shipping Areas

  • Local: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other major cities.
  • Nationwide: All cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • International: Currently not available. (Coming soon!)

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons, delays may occur due to high volume.

5. Shipping Costs

  • We charge a flat rate shipping fee based on your location and selected courier.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • Promotional free shipping offers are displayed during checkout or on banner ads when applicable.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • Lost Packages: Contact us if your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Based on the courier’s investigation, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
