  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days across Pakistan

  • Remote Areas: May take 5–7 working days depending on courier availability

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no hidden fees!

  • In case of returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (see our Refund Policy)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order status using our courier partner's website or reach out to us directly for assistance.

4. Packaging

All products are securely packed to avoid damage or leakage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
