We strive to provide accurate descriptions and visuals of our perfumes. However, scent experience may vary from person to person. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website or official WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete orders.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online gateways.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch (except COD).

4. Shipping

  • We offer free shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, if unused (at least 90% of perfume remaining).

  • Rs. 100 will be deducted for opened bottles (up to 10% used).

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We occasionally use AI tools to assist with creating content, product descriptions, and promotional images. These tools help us maintain consistent quality, but all final designs and messages are reviewed and approved by our team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arozify is not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by product use or delivery delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
